For our international client opening an office in Düsseldorf we are currently looking for an:

Business Developer (PV Channel Sales) for German Corporate Property Sector


Core Job Duties/Requirements
  1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for rooftop solar for the below segments: (1) corporate landlords (2) property developers (new construction) and (3) property management companies which could also include municipal landlords.
  2. Communicate with and sell PV systems to (1) corporate landlords (2) property developers (new construction) and (3) property management companies which could also again include municipal landlords.
  3. Understands how to develop and submit written presentations and proposals including competitive bid proposals for the above where necessary.
  4. Manage relationships in the mentioned segments over a period of years.

Job Qualifications:
  1. Very good understanding of the German property market
  2. Experience with commercial or volume sales to corporations active in the German property market (5 or more years)
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships in the property sector
  4. Experience developing bid proposals
  5. German and English language
  6. PV experience is not a must but professional B to B sales experience is.
