Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field
• Proven track record in business development preferably within the recruitment industry
• Strong understanding of the fintech and cryptocurrency industries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries
• Build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates with the right opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand our client base
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities
