Business Data Analyst

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and implement databases data collection systems data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Prepare reports and present findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights
• Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business objectives
• Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports
• Conduct statistical analysis and apply predictive modeling techniques
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities
• Recommend improvements for data collection and reporting
• Support the development and maintenance of data quality and governance standards
• Conduct adhoc data analysis and present findings
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures
• Assist in the implementation and utilization of business intelligence tools
• Participate in the design and maintenance of data systems and databases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Statistics Computer Science or related field
• Proven work experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in SQL and database management
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in process improvement and data quality initiatives
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data warehousing concepts
• Demonstrated proficiency in data mining and segmentation techniques
• Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
