Knowledge and Experience:
58 years of experience in business analysis or technical product manager related
Portfolio showcasing applied knowledge of Design Thinking creating elegant solutions to challenging problems versatility in dealing with different technology stacks / platforms
Proven track record in fast moving agile environment with particular emphasis on experience in backlog refinement user story creation and successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across time zones
Experience successfully enabling change at scale across people process and technology domains and within a range of associated delivery frameworks including agile
Extensive knowledge in development of detailed business cases capturing benefits and benefits realization
Expert in business analysis or technical product manager
Having the growth and commercial mindset with continuous learning ethos
Experience in Issuer Services or Loans administration and servicing is a plus

Education:
Bachelors/University degree in computer science information technology software engineering or related field
Masters degree will be desired
Six Sigma certification will be desired

Corporate bonds issued by public companies this team focuses on the life cycle throughout the corporate bond
Knowledge of fixed income operating systems ability to write technical requirements
**Middle office work in the bond space not front office
Fixed income and bonds experience
Operating systems
The role is focused mainly around business analysis digging through existing workflows work with dev team etc.
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience
Writing tech requirements into Jira
Must be able to write basic SQL queries
Project is midflight
There will not much handholding in this role must be able to work independently to find their own answers
3 days in the office per week in 1) New York (240G) 2) Pittsburgh or 3) Lake Mary
