Client Details:

Role Responsibilities:
- Working on telecom service quality assurance and anti-fraud
- Responsible for customer implementation projects - working closely with the customer to implement software
- Establishing partnerships with our client's customers business and technical teams to understand challenges and opportunities and define creative solutions to lead business
- Defining estimates and plans, coordinating other services team members
- Coordinating with the product
- Running customer implementation projects, requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and
- Developing dashboards / reports for the
- Ensuring that customer issues are taken care of for full
- Performing analysis and troubleshooting when
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 3 years' experience in the telecommunications industry - preferably telecom software consultancy
- Experience working with international customers - large and mid-size companies
- Knowledge in SQL, BI tools, scripting languages
- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
Work Location / Type:
- Work from Home, in-office, or hybrid
