Overview:

The Business Communication Trainer plays a critical role in enhancing the communication skills of our employees and facilitating effective business communication. This position contributes to the professional development of our teams ultimately aiding in achieving our organizational goals and maintaining a strong brand image through effective communication practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance business communication skills
  • Conduct communication training sessions for employees at all levels
  • Create and update training materials including presentations handouts and exercises
  • Evaluate employees communication skills and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific communication needs
  • Stay updated on industry communication trends and best practices
  • Organize workshops and seminars on various aspects of business communication
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
  • Monitor and report on employees progress in communication skills development
  • Act as a subject matter expert for communicationrelated queries
  • Contribute to the development of organizational communication policies and guidelines
  • Support in the onboarding process by providing communication training to new hires
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Communication Business or related field
  • Proven experience in business communication or corporate training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Strong understanding of different communication styles and strategies
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve communication skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing various training tools and technologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups
  • Sound knowledge of business etiquette and professional communication standards
  • Experience in developing training materials and resources
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Certification in training or communicationrelated field is preferred
  • Ability to adapt training strategies to meet the needs of different audiences
  • Proactive approach to staying updated on communication trends and best practices
