Business Application Employee Experience Squad Lead

We are looking for a Business Application & Employee Experience Squad Lead to join our Digital

Workplace Technology team and lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions using

Microsoft 365 technology. You will be responsible for designing & executing the vision strategy and

roadmap for the squad as well as managing the teams performance & collaboration. You will also

work closely with other squad leads product owners business & IT stakeholders change managers

and end users to ensure alignment and integration of the solutions across the Microsoft 365 Area.

Responsibilities

Lead the Business Application & Employee Experience Squad consisting of developers

analysts architects and foster a culture of agility expertise innovation and excellence.

Oversee the endtoend delivery of solutions using Microsoft 365 technology such as Power

Platform SharePoint Teams Azure and Dynamics 365.

Ensure the quality security scalability and usability of the solutions following the best

practices and standards of Microsoft and the organization.

Collaborate with other squad leads product owners stakeholders and customers to

understand their needs expectations and feedback and provide solutions that add value

and enhance the user experience.

Manage the squads project budget resources planning risks and issues and report on the

squads progress achievements and challenges.

Coach mentor and develop the squad members.

Demonstrate a strong vision and strategic thinking on the direction and opportunities that

Microsoft is pursuing with its Microsoft 365 products. Align the squads goals & roadmap

with the current and future trends as well as end user s needs.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams in the Microsoft domain

preferably in the Microsoft 365 technology.

Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft products and technologies such as Power

Platform Viva Teams SharePoint Azure PaaS and Dynamics 365.

Proven ability to define and execute the vision strategy and roadmap for the squad and

deliver solutions that meet the business and user needs.

Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills and ability to

work effectively in a international crossfunctional and agile environment.

Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills and ability to inspire motivate

and empower the squad.

Experiences as Solution Architect within the Office 365 domain is a plus.
