Role: Business Analyst(Data Management & Analytics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst (Data Management & Analytics) working on a program of data quality assessment data mapping and data enhancement.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills be able to be proactive and lead is able to liaise with various levels of client stakeholders and drive closure to open items and discussions and retain and record outcomes.
• Spanish Speaking/written Mandatory.
• Coordinating with tech and Biz stakeholders for gathering client requirements. An understanding of Data Quality Improvement Principles ability to explain technical requirement to business stakeholders and vice versa.
• Current State Analysis including working with report owners to capture data relationships from reports to sources.
• Determine the flow of data between data sources databases and reports and identify opportunities to rationalize where possible.
• Work with Power BI developers to review findings from current state and optimize.
• Preparation of business workflow documentation and/or training documentation on new processes
• Develop and execute the Organisational Change Management Plan
• Coordination of transition to operation knowledge transfer activities
• Excellent written and documentation skills (in English and Spanish) to present ideas and solutions to executives be able to articulate strategies and solutions and influence good decision making with their presentations.
