Were looking for a Healthcare IT Business Analyst to join our remote team. As a Healthcare IT Business Analyst you will collaborate with stakeholders in the healthcare sector to gather document and analyze business requirements for healthcare IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders in the healthcare sector to gather document and analyze business requirements for healthcare IT systems and applications.
• Utilize CBAP techniques to model current and future state business processes identifying areas for improvement and optimization in healthcare workflows and operations.
• Create detailed use cases and user stories to capture functional requirements for healthcare software systems ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis of healthcare data requirements including data mapping normalization and transformation to support interoperability and data exchange across healthcare systems.
• Ensure that healthcare IT solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards such as HIPAA HITECH and HL7.
• Apply CBAP best practices and methodologies to drive successful healthcare IT projects from inception to implementation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to define integration requirements and protocols for healthcare systems ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange.
• Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate healthcare IT solutions ensuring system functionality accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Facilitate change management processes to support the adoption of new healthcare IT systems and workflows including stakeholder engagement training and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with healthcare IT vendors and thirdparty service providers to evaluate select and implement solutions that meet the organizations healthcare business needs.
• Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of healthcare IT systems and applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support effective communication and knowledge transfer within the organization.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with healthcare IT projects to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing operations.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in healthcare IT proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization of healthcare services and workflows.
