Business Analyst -With card & Payment Experience

Job Description:
Minimum 10 years of expertise as a BA in payments industry
Experience in Real time payments, PSD2, Open Banking
Should be well conversant with all UK payments regulations
Experienced in SWIFT Cross-Border payments like MT1XX, MT2XX, RTGS ( TARGET2 EURO1), SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debits
Experienced in Merchant on-boarding, Anti Money Laundering, AML Cheque processing modules.
Expertise in SDLC, Testing Life Cycle & Testing Methodologies.
Product expertise is a plus viz Finastra GPP, T24, TCS Bancs etc
Should have expertise in SWIFT ISO 20022 Fedwire Payments CHIPS Payments ACI MTS
Performed functional & regression testing.
Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences.
Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design.
Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix , use cases, sequence diagrams, UATplan).
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
Serve as a liaison between business and IT to gather requirements needed for system modifications enhancements.
Strong Analytical and Quantitative Abilities. A high degree of integrity and accountability along with strong collaboration skills.
Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills, including technica l specifications.
Experience in working in an Agile environment.
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution of action plans.
