Job Description:

Product Analyst associate is responsible for leading the product analysis for the Servicing portfolio.

The candidate works with internal stakeholders and product scrum teams to understand the business environment and technical product deliverables.

Must have's skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

6+ years relevant experience

Certified / Skilled in Agile concepts

Experienced in AWS cloud technology

Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT, SharePoint and data analysis

Experience as a product owner /analyst within an Agile environment, articulating desired outcomes and contributing to the development of product roadmap, translating design requirements, prototyping, and leveraging tools such as JIRA, and Confluence.

Discover and create product value propositions by working with users/customers, development teams, product team members, and product designers

Product Analyst experience serving as change agent, helping organizations plan, manage, and implement scaled agile to meet strategic objectives

Working in an Agile delivery environment where a scaling framework was applied

Contribute to building a product strategy while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Operate within an agile framework to build and maintain product backlogs, be responsible for ensuring customers have high quality outcomes through testing and accepting stories, run end of sprint demos to obtain feedback from customers, and prioritize work.

Identify opportunities for product improvements.

The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing production operations

The group of skills related to Product Management including managing demand, releases, and backlog

Manage the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.

Strong technical and reporting skills, data-driven, results-oriented approach with attention to detail in supporting management reporting.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to perform under pressure within tight deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.

Partnership with external customers or 3rd party vendor experience

Demonstrated experience communicating with senior leadership and collaborating cross functionally with different Business Units
