Our client is a financial services company that provides clearing settlement custody and risk management services for securities transactions. It acts as a central clearinghouse manages assets reduces counterparty risk facilitates trade reporting and operates technology platforms for efficient processing. Its role is to ensure the smooth functioning of securities markets and enhance transparency in the financial system.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate/participate in meetings with market risk to develop a deep understanding of their business that will set the platform for integrating Risk domain products and solutions

Business Process Management and Modeling

Analyzes business processes and derives functional requirements

Designs functional processes by analyzing requirements constructing workflow charts and diagrams Data Modeling

Creates conceptual logical and physical data model structures

Describes data attributes

Understands data relationships and dependency rules Graphical User Interface Design and Usability Integration of Business functions and services

Assists in the development of Test scripts

Ensures functional accuracy through peer review process

Participates in aspects of SIT execution an defect reviews;

supports user acceptance testing Process automation

Recommends controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes Provides process methodology

support for their team members and projects Awareness of Security and Privacy Risks Company best practices standards and regulations

Recommends and promotes solutions that support best practices

Contributes and supports functional best practices in department

Maintains system documentation Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in continuing education; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network Experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in IT (1 year of experience in application development and/or testing) 35 years financial services experience in Reference Data Management
