Business Analyst needed for the development of business requirements for design configuration of Dynamics 365 Solutions webbased business solutions and for the development and delivery of business process and IT application training material.
- The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) is seeking an Expert Level Business Analyst contractor for the Departments Permitting Transformation Program.
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements for design UAT test materials webbased business solutions and for the development and delivery of business process improvement and IT application training materials.
- This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis and have a basic understanding of project management.
- This individual must have proven contributor level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- The Business Analyst will work closely with NCDEQs IT Project Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools to meet State IT requirements.

Experience in writing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation (mandatory)
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to determine improved business solutions (mandatory)
Experience working with cross functional teams (mandatory)
Experience creating process flow diagrams (mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication. Candidate should be able to communicate well with project managers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of business processes (mandatory)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively (mandatory)
Strong analytical skills (mandatory)
Delivering and leading end user training sessions
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) (desired)
Strong understanding of the CRM Platform and its functional modules (desired)
BSc in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field or commensurate experience
Experience serving as the Lead Business Analyst on combined team of analysts and developers (desired)
