Overview:
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technology ensuring that the organizations needs are met through the use of IT solutions. They analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
Perform data analysis to support decisionmaking.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and recommend enhancements.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Conduct testing and quality assurance of IT solutions.
Provide training and support to end users.
Document and communicate findings and recommendations.
Contribute to strategic planning and project management.
Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technology trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in a business analysis or related role.
Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis and interpretation.
Strong knowledge of business processes and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Solid understanding of change management principles.
Certification in business analysis is a plus.
