Role and Responsibilities:
Syncup is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to manage business requirements and reporting implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating all documentation on data files owning the design and development of ongoing metrics and reports defining data elements and structure for analytical capabilities and working with crossfunctional teams to enable effective decisionmaking. The Business Analyst will also participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions design and support platforms for operations teams and lead efforts to improve operational performance reporting. Additionally the role involves data mapping building data views recommending new metrics and strategies and automating manual processes.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field. A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis data management and reporting is required. Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills are essential for this role.
