We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of driving successful business projects.

Responsibilities:

• Experience as a Business Analyst a minimum of 1 year
• Working Experience on Oracle and Mainframe Technologies.
• Experience with business process analysis requirements gathering and solution design.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Microsoft Excel SQL and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of current business processes systems and workflows.
• Document detailed business requirements user stories and functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including business process flows use cases and test plans.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform a gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of business analytics best practices and industry developments.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
