Title: Business Analyst

Were seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity with the following qualifications:

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading elicitation sessions using various requirements gathering methods including interviews documentation analysis surveys site visits and business models with executives managers developers and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating process and value stream models to facilitate understanding of the current state (asis) and develop a vision for the future state (tobe) process.
• Experience in evaluating business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency in evaluating business processes and gathering requirements for Case Management applications supporting human tasks and electronic workflows including case lifecycle management activities and tasks document storage and stakeholder communication.
• Background in developing Change Management strategies plans and activities to facilitate organizational readiness for changes in processes systems technology and structures.
• Ability to write reports prepare business cases and effectively present information to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Business Analyst Certification such as CBAP CCBA ECBA PBA or comparable certification is highly desirable.
