We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for collaborating with existing & prospective
clients to gain an understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible across areas like requirement gathering & elicitation
documentation functional evaluation and analysis.
We are looking for someone who is Self motivated and should demonstrate the commitment to highest
quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Expertise in gathering client requirements understanding clients business processes and converting
those into business requirement documents.
Knowledge in Proposal Creation FRD BRD MVP architecture and Flowchart.
Deliver timely solutions to clients.
Experience in creating standard BA artifacts like workflow/process flow diagrams usecases
wireframing specification documents & forms/report
Understand the business processes and prepare proposals for clients.
Understand the lifecycle process of Website and Mobile application development.
Possess a proven track record of accomplishments in the areas of Requirement Scoping.
Propose solutions to problems considering timeliness effectiveness and practicality in addressing
client needs.
Work with client personnel to identify required changes and communicate changes to
development and test teams.
You will act as a liaison between the client and the technical team.
Key Skills and Experience Required
Minimum experience of 1 year in a similar role for web/mobile projects.
Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to
interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational
requirements.
Good conceptual ability and skills in analysis and problemsolving.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to nontechnical individuals.
Excellent learning new skills and staying current with rapidly changing technology.
Should know about Web development / Mobile app development processes.
Knowledge of WordPress Shopify Laravel and similar technologies will be beneficial
Handson experience of International client handling through regular Phone and Skype calls.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Upwork will be handy
