Business Analyst

• Degree or Post Graduate qualification in the BFSI domain.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Banking and Financial Capital market with a focus on Custody Services.
• Certification in financial domain is desired.

1. Domain Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Banking and Financial Capital market domain with specialized knowledge in Custody Services. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
2. Requirement Gathering: Proficient in identifying and gathering business requirements from stakeholders to define comprehensive solutions that meet business objectives.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with both IT and Business stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
4. Documentation: Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for projects ensuring clarity completeness and alignment with business objectives.
5. Quality Assurance: Review Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases to validate that the developed solutions meet the defined requirements and deliver the expected business value.
6. Business Training: Lead or participate in business training sessions to onboard stakeholders and endusers on new functions or processes introduced as part of projects.
