We are talent acquisition partners for all major IT and Insurance companies in India. We are hiring Business Analyst for one of our client.

Job Details:
- Experience required Min 5 years relevant experience
- CTC Bracket 18 LPA(Subject to experience)
- Location Navi Mumbai (WFO)
- Domain Payment
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Responsibilities:
- Domain as well as operational knowledge in Banking especially Corporate Internet Banking with payments as Key.
- Knowledge on Corporate Internet Banking corporate payments collection liquidity management financial supply chain trade services virtual accountReceivable management.
- Interact with customer to understand their requirement give a solution for the requirement and convert the solution into technical document for development.
- Should be able to understand business perspective of customer requirements.
- Utilise strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps
- Develop crucial functional requirement specifications creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications
- Conduct UAT with the crossfunctional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.
- Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation

- Excellent written as well as verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over English.
- Presentable Proactive and confident.
- Should lead the team of BAs if required.
- Should be product oriented.
- Should be a good listener and planner.
- Handle multiple customer and project at a time.
- Must be capable of handling independent implementation.
- Should be available for short and longterm travel to Domestic and International client locations.
- Should be able to negotiate with customer regarding requirement scope.
