Business Analyst

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our client s team in their Johannesburg offices you will serve as the driving force behind their growth steering datadriven decisions that propel their success. Your role involves translating player insights and market trends into actionable plans ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic objectives and yield impactful results.

Your key job responsibilities as the Business Analyst in Johannesburg will include:

• Elicit analyze and document various requirements including user stories use cases business user and functional/nonfunctional transition requirements
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders
  
• Effectively manage burndown while incorporating new features
  
• Identify and assess project risks agree on project approaches with stakeholders and develop realistic plans including quality risk and communication plans
  
• Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives conducting investigations into business requirements and problems and proposing potential benefits and options
  
• Produce specific business cases scenarios and document system acceptance criteria
  
• Define routine integrated processes and documents using basic formal process charting techniques
  
• Conduct test coverage analysis prioritize risks analyze defect trends and identify risks associated with project issues
  
• Prepare project scope and provide input into test strategy and approach
  

Requirements for this Business Analyst job in Johannesburg:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Degree in Business Analysis IT or other related field would be advantageous
  
• Certifications in Project Management and Agile
  
• Experience in iGaming industry extremely advantageous
  
• Experience in large scale data migration essential
  
• Experience with/exposure to Devops essential
