Business Analyst

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into IT requirements.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IT solutions that align with business needs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed functional and nonfunctional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements.
• Assist in the development of test plans and participate in testing efforts to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide support during implementation and postimplementation phases including user training and change management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business and IT processes with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in relevant industries.
• Experience with CRM ERP or other enterprise systems is advantageous.
