Business Analyst

About the department:

The IT department within BYD Europe is responsible for Internal system Development. One of the important tasks of their IT department is to conduct analysis of request internal company process and testing of business IT systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders business process improvement and optimization in SAP and related systems.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and system integration testing.
• Follow through SAP project implementation ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to the users.
• Providing SAP training to key users.
• Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems work closely with CRM team on project and support.
• Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
  

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above fluent English is mandatory other European language is a plus.
• At least 35 years of experience working as SAP SD/MM consultant and experience in minimum 2 full lifecycles of SAP S/4 implementing project.
• Excellent logical judgement communication and organization skills.
• Independent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Structured and goaloriented attitude.
• Analytical curious and proactive mindset
