Job Title: Business Analyst (SaaS/Business Consulting)

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Cape Town (Preferred)

Job Type: Full Time Hybrid

Salary: R20 000 R35 000 CTC per month

Requirements

• BSc or BEng degree in engineering (Industrial Mechatronic Computer Science)
• Highly digitally literate with ability to work effectively on a variety of appropriate media and software programmes
• Team Player: assist and contribute to all aspects of the company as required

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute on client briefs with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism
• Establishing effective coordination communication and good rapport with all stakeholders: Customers Partners Suppliers and Team members
• Solution Building: become an expert in Smartsheet and ClicData as well as other platforms as needed.
• Build robust workflow solutions and visual appealing business intelligence which aim to both exceed client expectations and ensure best possible user experience
• Branding Marketing & Sales: assist with website and social media updates and participate in marketing presentations as required.
• Operations: building out and refining solutions to optimise internal workflows
• Demonstrated experience in building workflow solutions and / or business intelligence (Power BI or equivalent software)
