Business Analyst

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
  

• Responsible for elicitation analysis and documentation of business stakeholder solution and transition requirements.
  
• You communicate with the business to gather the needs and identify impacts on the existing business processes.
  
• Your analysis leads to the definition of the solution thanks to your collaboration with the IT architects and all other stakeholders (IT team suppliers business departments ).
  
• Your work includes the modelling of the TOBE process and the impact assessment at data management level (data flows data classification GDPR ).
  
• You participate in the elaboration of RFC s for small changes or even business cases if it requires new projects by providing the scope of the target solution the estimate of the cost & effort the evaluation of the risk index value etc.
  
• Once the board has given his GO to proceed you translate the Business needs into functional requirements (user stories) and functional specifications to make them actionable by the IT solution suppliers.
  
• You create and execute test cases to validate deliveries and give your support to the Business Key User for the acceptance tests.
  
• In some projects you could be assigned the role of test manager by taking care to follow the governance rules.
  
• You ensure that all the required documentation is up to date before going live (business process functional specifications user stories data related documentation knowledge base for operations).
  
• The business analysis team also has the responsibility to make the followup of business procedures to be updated by the business to comply with policies of our head office (BNP Paribas Fortis).
  
• Thanks to the knowledge you will acquire on the system youll prepare some Data reporting for the business.

• Preference for a Master degree in related to business Management in a quantitative discipline such as statistics mathematics or engineering.
  

Telework

Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

• Experience with conceptual modellingtechniques and methods (e.g. BPMN)
  
• Good expertise in MS Office able to play easily with data in MSExcel
  
• Good understanding of IT and testing
  
• Experience with data reporting (Tableau Tableau CRM PowerBI)
  
• Experience with requirements management

• Proven experience as analyst in projects related to Sales & Finances activities.
