• Elicit and document business requirements with accuracy and clarity ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Masterfully apply analysis and modelling tools (use case diagrams state diagrams ER models interaction diagrams) to visualize complex systems.
• Leverage BPMN or UML (or equivalent) to effectively map and optimize business processes.
• Champion Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery utilizing tools like Jira Confluence BigPicture and Balsamiq.
• Craft compelling presentations that engage both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
• Maintain highquality standards throughout the entire analysis process.

• At least 5 years of experience in performing analysis utilizing use case specifications or user stories
• At least 5 years of experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram state diagram entity relationship model interaction diagrams etc.).
• At least 6 years of experience in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile.
• At least 3 years of experience in Agile toolbox (e.g. JIRA Confluence BigPicture Balsamiq etc).
• At least 3 years of experience in Wiki and collaborative tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Fluency in English is required and additional language skills are a plus.
