Business Analyst

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Apply detailed knowledge of standard documentation processes business system architecture and associated technologies.
• Write and review complex documents. Provide testing solutions to ensure that business needs are effectively met and provide functional application support as needed.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Provide daytoday support to GTRI labs and units to troubleshoot and provide support for:
• Accounting / Finance (Deltek Costpoint)
• Time Recording (Deltek Time Capture)
• Project Scheduling (Primavera)
• Proposal Costing (Propricer)
• Reporting (Cognos)
• Other internally developed applications e.g. Research Property Tracking.
• Daytoday support involves receiving trouble tickets assigning work to junior team members or working to find solutions.

Education Specialized Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Degrees preferred: Accounting Business or IT related field.
• 57 years of jobrelated experience.
