Location: Remote (Must reside at least one hour away from Sacramento CA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a track record of excellence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system development lifecycles (SDLC) and working directly with endusers in a production support environment. The candidate should be adept at documenting complex processes and system requirements and possess expertise in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 5 years of experience following system development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with endusers in a production support environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with complex process and system requirement documentation standards (e.g. requirement traceability matrices asis and tobe diagrams Use Case modeling User Story creations narrative descriptions)
• Minimum 2 years of experience with process analysis systems analysis process architectures and systems analysis methodologies
• Minimum 2 years of experience with project management methodologies including both Waterfall and Agile
• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field

MustHave Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing training plans and training endusers of all levels.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Public Sector
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating joint application design (JAD) and/or collaborative design sessions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL or other query tools to perform analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with PAL (project approval lifecycle) processes and documentation.
