Business Analyst

Job Description

Require a Business/Data Analyst within Compliance Technology to actively participate in and support the endtoend phases of the software development cycle and drive strategic work across the development of the Enterprise and LOBs as necessary to maintain and deliver business solutions
Highly experienced Business/Data Analyst with extensive experience in all facets of the software development lifecycle as well as demonstrated experience in Project Management. Experience leveraging Pega BPM platform for delivering business solutions preferred. Strong background in data analysis/mapping. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven capability of producing high quality clear businessfriendly items of work (agile stories specifications etc.) that can also be easily interpreted by technology peers. This role also requires regular interaction with LOB executives and business users.
10 years experience in a business analysis function with expertise working with different technologies and Line of Business areas
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis and translating business requirements into solution design proposals
Knowledge/experience in Global Financial Crimes
Experience in Project Management or performing PM functions across largescale initiatives
Strong experience in performing and supporting testing as part of various phases/cycles
Strong communication skills and ability to drive dialog with senior business stakeholders globally
Strong data analysis skills and ability to present findings to Business users appropriately
Strong experience working in Agile Scrum methodology
Experience with applications on the Pega BPM platform preferred but not required
