Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Develop detailed and comprehensive business and functional specifications for new initiatives and projects.
4. Utilize data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights and provide datadriven recommendations.
5. Evaluate and streamline existing business processes proposing and implementing enhancements as needed.
6. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to facilitate communication and ensure successful project delivery.
7. Create and maintain documentation such as use cases process flows and user manuals.
8. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
9. Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in industry/sector.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
6. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau).
7. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
9. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) is a plus.
