Business Analyst

Long term contract on site 5 days a week Central Amsterdam English speaking only.

Tasks

*Testing and playing an active role in coordinating and supporting user testing and/or training

*Support change management activities as needed

*Daily use of Azure DevOps

*Engage with business representatives and users and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and elicit User Stories

*Write User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria and prompt users for additional criteria to ensure accuracy and completeness

*Structure requirements/user stories and propose the prioritization of Features

Requirements

**Relevant practitionerlevel qualifications in the area of business analysis and/or

*Excellent oral and written communication skills to listen to users explain to scrum team/developers and document at an appropriate level

*Capacity to work independently to analyze dependencies find synergies (e.g. when grouping User Stories) and spot any gaps or inconsistencies (missing or erroneous information) in business process analysis and/or modeling

*SAFe Agile certification (or appropriate experience in an Agile working environment)

*analyzing and improving processes for organizations with more than 500 persons or system analysis for a complex IT project (with a complex architectural landscape)

*Critical thinking and a structured analytical approach to problemsolving
