We believe in continuous learning and adapting to the newest trends and technologies. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in directly supporting the CEO providing insights and analysis across various business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Gathering clear and definite project requirements from the Client.
* Communicating over the phone and email with the client.
* Documentation of project requirements that include SRS/FRS SOW Proposal Diagrams User stories document and Technical document.
* Discussing the requirements with the technical team to clear doubts regarding requirements and mitigate risks.
* Interface with clients and understand requirements/processes through meetings and discussions.
* Lead requirements gathering/discovery phase and prepare and deliver required documentation.
* Capturing Business Requirements in the form of Business Requirement Document (BRD).
* Preparing time and cost estimations and running feasibility tests on all projects.
* Making wireframes using the latest wireframing tools and building clickable prototypes.
* Prepare solution presentations for critical accounts that can help the sales team close.
* Design future state by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams per industry standards; and studying system capabilities.
* Interact with software suppliers designers and developers to understand software limitations deliver system and database design elements and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.
* Possess an indepth understanding of the various business units within the organization and the IT organization s systems and capabilities.
* Determines operational objectives by studying business functions gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.
* Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes.
* Led ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services industry.
* passion for reading technology trends news articles.
* Have experience in both Presales and postsales BA activities
* Ability to lead requirements gathering future state design and fitgap analysis workshops with business stakeholders.
* Strong presentation and reportwriting skills.
* Staying uptodate with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex business problems.
