We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst Intern with excellent presentation and communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and interpreting business requirements collaborating with crossfunctional teams and recommending solutions to support strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with business units to elicit document and validate business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
2. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through business process mapping.
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
3. Reporting and Presentations:
- Design and develop reports presentations and visualizations to communicate key business metrics and trends.
- Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
4. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments including Government verticals also finance marketing and operations to gather and analyze data relevant to their respective functions and hierarchy.
- Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Preferred.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
After the completion of Internship a chance of permanent employment.
