Title: Business Analyst (Healthcare) with CBAP Certification

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements for healthcare projects.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization in healthcare workflows.
• Develop business cases use cases and user stories to capture functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings with business users subject matter experts and technical teams.
• Create detailed requirement specifications business process models and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in the design and validation of healthcare systems and applications to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes to healthcare systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems EMR/EHR systems and healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
