Role- BA Airlines E Commerce ( FTE )

Location- Remote

Client- Mindtree

Preferred Requirment:

  • Strong analytical skills prior experience and ownership of comprehensive eCommerce systems, digital analytics, eCategory Management
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities proven track record of finding viable and sound business solutions to complex problems and challenges
  • Experience leading meetings and requirements gathering sessions
  • Two or more years of experience optimizing eCommerce websites
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Tableau could be beneficial)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce analytic tools (eg. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA or other ticket management systems
  • Familiarity with community wiki systems such as Atlassian Confluence, etc.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
  • Commercial airline domain knowledge a plus

    Job Duties:

    • Elicit software requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, business process workflows, and use cases
    • Research and validate software requirements through creating test data and using existing applications
    • Document business requirements, process flow and relationship diagrams, functional specifications (Epics/Stories), user test plans and additional artifacts as required
    • Describe User Interface interactions and business rules using best practices on eCommerce and collaborating with the User Experience team
    • Collaborate with product managers, developers, project managers, quality assurance and business from beginning of project life cycle through implementation
    • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews)
    • Define UAT plans, test cases and coordinate with business users the execution of these
    • Support the eCommerce and IT organization trouble shooting production incidences
    • Analyze and document current capabilities of the eCommerce products (Web and Mobile)
    • Research, analyze and document eCommerce capabilities on competitor airlines and other eCommerce sites.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tell a cohesive story about the end-to-end digital user experience and pathways.
