On behalf of one of its clients in the IT Services and Consulting industry the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Business analyst and Sales administration.

Our client is an Odoo ERP integrator and a consulting firm that will specialize in financial services and IT systems. Its main activity will revolve around the integration of Odoo ERP all the way from architecture and master data in addition to all types of support and training. It will accompany the clients throughout the whole process.

They are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Administration and Business Analyst. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from sales administration to business analysis with a focus on configuring and optimizing our Odoo/Information system. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive support during the first year to ensure a smooth transition into the role.



Responsibilities:


2024:

Perform sales administration duties including order processing customer inquiries and sales support.

Analyze business requirements and configure the Odoo/Information system to meet organizational needs.

Collaborate with other entities to ensure seamless integration and operation of the system.


2025/2026:

Manage a team of 2 to 3 individuals including recruitment team building and training.

Oversee customer management activities including acquiring new customers securing recurring orders and managing leads.

Conduct sales meetings for new leads with support from senior consultants.

Requirements

  • Junior to midlevel candidates with a minimum of graduatelevel education and up to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive and fast learner capable of adapting to new technologies and business processes quickly.
  • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally with customers and collaborators from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management including recruitment training and performance evaluation.
