For an international Food Ingredients Distributor we are looking for the

Country Manager Bulgaria Food Ingredients

you acts also as Managing Director and Technical Sales Manager

Products are valueadded products from wellknown suppliers

Hybrid: on side 3 days 2 days home office possibe

• you are in charge of a team of a Team of 15: Technical Sales Managers Customer Service representatives Acountants and Warehouse staff.
• Besides Team Leading and Country Management you act also as a Technical Sales Manager and you are responsible selling for a group of products.
• Develop commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients
• Analyze the market and product range of our suppliers to find new potentials
• Create strong relationships with our suppliers and customers
• Visit customers analyze their needs create a value proposition
• Attend production trials at customers / make smallscale trials in the application kitchen
• project management in close cooperation with a dedicated Customer Service Manager
• Align sales strategy for suppliers product groups under the supervision of Product managers and Country managers

Tasks

• Responsible for making market strategy purchasing and selling of assigned Productgroups in Bulgaria
• Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers
• Visits of customers analysis of their needs creation of value propositions
• Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of smallscale trials in the application kitchen
• Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager
• Alignment of the sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers and the Country Manager
• You will benefit from numerous pieces of training (internal and abroad) every year.
• Discover and understand customers needs and develop tailormade solutions
• Conduct lab smallscale or industrial trials with customers
• Follow up offers payments
• Develop and execute Sales Budget and forecasts

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology Must have
• Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
• exceptionally good communication negotiation and analytical skills
• high willingness to travel
• very organized reliable positive thinking
• Very good knowledge of Bulgarian and English (fluent in spoken and written) Must have
• you have a valid driving license Must have
