Salary: 23212.11

Location: Nuneaton Warwickshire CV10 0TU

Hours: Monday Friday 40 HPW

Main duties:

• Moving of furniture and equipment from building to building
• Stewarding for events
• Deliveries using works vehicles
• Litter picking and grounds clearance
• Waste management
• Emptying external waste/recycling receptacles
• Contractor support
• Building/dismantling furniture
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Painting support
• Assist managing the archive & offsite storage process/procedures

Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of working indoors and outdoors in all elements
• Health and safety standards and awareness are critical
• Full clean UK driving license
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Contribute to the Property & Facilities team to ensure that the business is supported correctly & carry out its daily functions without interruption. All requests should be completed in a timely and appropriate manner by gibing the best advice possible
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ability to display initiative confidence and professionalism
• Take pride in your work and ability to work within a team
• Ability to use electronic tablet devices

Preferred:

• Fork lift truck trained
• Banksman trained
• IPAF trained
• PASMA trained
