Building Manager

• Manage the buildings operations to ensure the best experience for clients addressing their needs directly.
  
• Coordinate and oversee procedures in different areas fostering teamwork.
  
• Supervise service quality and compliance with procedures.
  
• Maintain inventory and control it.
  
• Negotiate with and pay suppliers proposing improvements.
  
• Supervise general building operations documenting followups on cleaning maintenance civil protection security and continuous improvement.
  
• Manage customer relations and service.
  
• Address customer needs or concerns.
  
• Renew contracts with customers.
  
• Support the sales area for walkins and tours.
  
• Present budget reports and schedules.
  
• Ensure staffing coverage in the building to provide the best service to clients.
  
• Anticipate internal team user and building needs.
  
• Prepare accurate monthly budgets to manage the building correctly seeking improvements and savings.
  
• Comply with and enforce the companys processes to maintain consistency with the product and service we offer.
  
• Address and resolve any questions from users or visitors.
  
• Report incidents or eventualities to the corresponding area.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Knowledge of building management and operations
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
