BSc or MSc SPECIALIZED IN ELECTRIFICATION PROJECTS

FUNDACIN VALENCIAPORT is a nonprofit private organization with more than 60 employees located in Valencia (Spain) that provides services to the port and logistics cluster. It is an Applied Research Innovation Training and International Cooperation centre dedicated to the design implementation and execution of R&D&I and consultancy projects specialized in logistics transport and ports aimed at improving the competitiveness of companies and institutions in the port logistics sector.

Tasks

We are looking for a graduate with a technical or scientific degree to join a multiskilled team specialized in R&D innovation and consultancy projects in the field of energy transition in the transport sector. More precisely experience in some of the following topics will be valued:

Experience in projects related to power distribution grid optimization and/or integration of dispersed renewable energy generation and storage in the power grid.

Engineering projects regarding systems and components for power distribution in medium voltage and / or renewable energy generation and injection to the grid.

Green energy production and storage.

Onshore power supply to ships.

Technical assistance projects in the transport and logistics sector.

EU funded projects.

Requirements

BSc. MSc and PhD will be valued.

3 years of experience in the above listed fields; experience in the field of logistics transport and ports will be highly valued.

Fluent in English (excellent speaking and writing skills).

Good communication skills both oral and written.

Excellent teamwork skills.

Availability to travel.
