Job Description

• Developing Marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across various marketing vehicles like print media radio events & online sales promotion
• Plan Marketing Budget & Marketing Strategy Year Around with Management and Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate Marketing requirements of all the Network Agents for global and India and do regular Talks just to make sure our marketing plan is in line with region Requirements.
• Monthly reporting & presentation for Marketing campaign & execution
• Regularly monitoring of Inquiry received and Money spent
• Organizing events across flamingo & responsible for the execution of the said events like Travel Mela Travel Exhibitions Customer Events etc.
• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
• Measure Return on investment of a campaign & analyze the health of marketing campaign
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Coordinate with Creative and designing Team for Creative
• Plan and execute Joint Promotion budgets and Marketing Plan with tourism Boards

Education/Experience

• Skills required to do this job:

• Masters in Marketing
• Good Communication Skills
• Fluency in English
• Analytical Skills and Mathematics Skills are required
• Good Team work Skills is very important
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Multitasking Skills
• Strong attention to details
• Creative writing and designing imagination and explanation to designers in detail way is most crucial
