About Client:

Our Client is one of the oldest Company operating in the Sweeteners and Nutraceuticals space. It has a diversified portfolio of products including bioproducts nutraceuticals and cogeneration of power. It is also a leader in organic farming and sustainable agriculture.

Roles & Responsibility:


  • Determine key brand goals and strategies to achieve them with sharp understanding of Customer Trade Consumer Brand and Business insights.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans on time and in full like promotion planning marcom media planning SM&Digital Ecom/MT/Trade marketing initiatives new product rollouts etc.
  • Manage brand budgets to ensure spends are optimal and aligned to budgets
  • Work with Sales teams (GT/MT/Ecom) to ensure good execution of brand goals on ground
  • Review periodically the brand category competition target markets and consumers for smart and timely interventions to grow Brand Sales and Market Share and loyalty/advocacy.
  • Effectively communicate coordinate develop and manage internal and external stakeholders including functions like legal technical commercial Packaging R&D QA/QC and 3Ps like creative agencies SM&Digital Research agencies Activation agencies etc.

KPIs:

  • Achieve Targets Sales Turnover Market share Brand Health Metrics Brand Contribution Budgets Media plan JBP Retail Activation and ROI where applicable.
  • Determine brand marketing plans and calendar of relevant activity plans and effectively roll them out on time and in full to ensure the above KPI s (mentioned in point 1) are met.
  • Work closely with sales teams research teams NPD teams in markets and develop understanding of consumer brand customer and markets
  • Put together JBP brand plans (Joint Business Plan initiatives and budgets) for key customers working alongside key account managers of Modern Trade and Ecommerce accounts and effectively roll them out to build brand salience and share.
  • Coordinate and monitor research brand product consumer market newproduct as required
  • Effectively coordinate with and manage internal and external stakeholders and repotees if any.
