Snapshot of Job Description:

What you will do

Strategic Campaign Management: Developing and executing marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the internal digital team to drive quality acquisitions for the product. Identify new nonlinear organic and paid channels to enable scale up.

GotoMarket Strategy: Collaborating crossfunctionally with product and business teams to create and implement effective gotomarket strategies for new feature and financial product launches including building their value proposition and communication plans.

Content Marketing: Build and execute a robust content strategy for the brand creating compelling content for various organic and paid channels including but not limited to content ideation copy and script writing writing thought leadership content etc. Working closely with the internal communications and video COE teams to deliver the right output for the brand.

Brand Building: Maintaining the Aspero brand narrative in all externalfacing corporate communications ensuring consistency and alignment.

Market Research: Build a thorough understanding of the user persona through primary research and conduct regular secondary research to stay up to the date with industry updates and competition strategy.

Retention and Engagement: Devise and implement cuttingedge strategies to enhance customer retention and inproduct engagement across channels like email SMS and push notifications continuously analyzing user behavior to tailor messaging.


Prior experience
  • Degree in Marketing communications Business or similar field from a Tier 1 Institute.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience at a fastgrowing B2C product company with an overall experience of 45 years.

  • Prior experience in an early/growth stage startup and Penchant for personal finance/Investment is a plus.

  • Handson Experience with content creation and social media marketing

  • Strong track record in consumer marketing.

Prior experience Degree in Marketing communications, Business or similar field from a Tier 1 Institute. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience at a fast-growing B2C product company with an overall experience of 4-5 years. Prior experience in an early/growth stage startup and Penchant for personal finance/Investment is a plus. Hands-on Experience with content creation and social media marketing Strong track record in consumer marketing.
