Brand and Social Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and social media marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and vision
• Create curate and publish engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook Instagram YouTube etc.)
• Monitor analyze and optimize the performance of our social media campaigns and activities using data and insights
• Manage and grow our online community and foster positive relationships with our customers prospects partners and influencers
• Collaborate with other teams such as product sales customer success and PR to ensure brand consistency and amplify our messages
• Establish Leena AI s brand as a leader and reference point for the industry
• Elevate Leena AI s social presence with impactful visuals for static and videobased content
• Apply new design systems to branded touchpoints
• Partner with animators to create motionbased assets
• Own projects from concept to final execution
• Create highquality work that delivers on our brand and business strategy
• Partner with writers producers marketers company leaders and external agencies to drive projects forward
• Continuously learn about Intercom s products and maintain deep empathy with B2B SaaS audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in marketing communication journalism or a related field
• 3 years of proven experience in brand and social media marketing preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
• Excellent copywriting editing and storytelling skills
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social etc.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Insights Twitter Analytics etc.
• Creative innovative and strategic thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and design
• Selfmotivated organized and resultsoriented with a growth mindset
• Passionate about AI employee experience and enterprise technology
