Job Brief:
Having the contacts of suppliers and local trim suppliers will have additional advantages.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies specific to the B2B preferable garment industry to achieve and exceed
revenue targets.
Lead mentor and motivate the team to drive performance and meet objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Delhi NCR region fostering relationships with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong retailer/supplier relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the B2B preferable garment sector to optimize the sales approach.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Should have proper clearance of GR on time with accuracy
Manage staff with minimum headcount
Aware and uptodate with new process
Quality for Branch Manager
Strong communication abilities
Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
Ability to listen and solve problems
Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
Work Experience/ EducationalQualification:
