We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Experience: Minimum 10 year of experience in Life Insurance
- CTC Bracket: upto 15 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Gujarat (Vadodra Ahmedabad)
- Applicant must be a localite
You will be responsible for:
- Will manage team of 67 Manager onrole
- Employee Advisors and financial consultant
- Act as a mentor coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
- Bring in best practices to offer excellent experience while onboarding customers.
- Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
- Responsible for branch unit.
- Provide inthefield support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
