Overview:

The BPO Sales Trainer plays a critical role in the organization by equipping the sales team with essential skills and knowledge to drive sales performance and overall success. This role is pivotal in ensuring that employees are welltrained have a deep understanding of sales processes and can effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to new hires and existing sales representatives.
  • Evaluate training needs and coordinate training programs to meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to enhance their sales techniques and performance.
  • Create and update training materials including presentations exercises and roleplaying scenarios.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through regular evaluations and feedback from sales team members.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives.
  • Conduct onthejob training and reinforcement activities to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the training programs.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide additional support or coaching as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience in BPO sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior experience in sales training or coaching roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively assess training needs and develop targeted training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications in sales training or coaching.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt training programs to diverse learning styles and personalities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance through effective training strategies.
