Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Listen actively to customer concerns and address them promptly
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality productivity and customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to document and track customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
