Bookkeeper with Zoho Experience part-time 100 REMOTE

This is a remote position.

Taxera Technologies is a global Indirect Tax compliance platform used by large multinationals to manage their Indirect Tax compliances obligations and reporting around the world. We solve complex VAT problems by leveraging the SAP BTP platform and the latest technologies (S/4 HANA Fiori UI5) with an innovative easytouse elegant robust and globally scalable platform.

We are now actively looking for an organized Bookkeeper with Zoho Experience to lead our Finance Department.

You will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records ensuring accuracy and leveraging Zoho Books for efficient financial management. If you have a solid background in accounting excellent organizational skills and handson experience with Zoho Books we invite you to apply.

YOUR ROLE

Zoho Books Management

Utilize Zoho Books for daytoday accounting operations including data entry invoice processing and reconciliation

Efficiently manage payables and receivables within Zoho Books ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Conduct regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts in Zoho Books

Generate customized financial reports using Zoho Books providing insights for decisionmaking

Monitor and categorize expenses accurately in Zoho Books

Assist in preparing financial data for tax compliance and collaborate with tax professionals

Work closely with other teams to gather financial information and provide Zoho Books support

YOUR PROFILE

Bookkeeping experience with a strong emphasis on using Zoho Books

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Zoho Books for accounting tasks

Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines

Good English knowledge

You are based in Europe or South Africa
