Job Description
This is a remote position.
Vice President of The Love Manual NonProfit Organization will work closely with the Founder President and Board of Directors to achieve the organizations mission of enhancing and empowering individuals and families in relationship crisis. The Vice President will assist the President in overseeing the development and implementation of programs that collaborate with individuals such as counselors therapists sexologists volunteers educators and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for managing daytoday operations and assisting with fundraising efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Development: The Vice President will work closely with the President and program staff to develop and implement programs that collaborate with individuals such as counselors therapists sexologists volunteers educators and stakeholders. They will ensure that programs are aligned with the organizations mission and goals.
Operational Management: The Vice President will manage daytoday operations including overseeing staff members managing finances and ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Fundraising: The Vice President will assist the President with fundraising efforts including identifying funding opportunities and developing relationships with donors and sponsors. Community Engagement: The Vice President will engage with community members volunteers and stakeholders to raise awareness of the organizations mission and activities.
Strategic Planning: The Vice President will work with the President and Board of Directors to develop and implement longterm strategies that will ensure the organizations success and sustainability.
Event Planning: The Vice President will assist with the planning and execution of fundraising events and other events that support the organizations mission and goals.
